Guest Accommodation
The guest accommodation consists of two private rooms. One of the luxuriously appointed rooms has a queen size bed and opens onto a large half covered deck through French doors which in turn leads to a path that takes you straight to the beach. The second room has a double bed and will only be available in conjunction with the main suite. It is an ideal situation for friends travelling together or a small family. There are two bathrooms (one bath and one shower room) with all modern amenities.

Breakfast and dinner
Guests are served breakfast in either their room, the dining room or on either of the three decks dependant on the weather. Tea, coffee and bar facilities are available in the main guest room. Cooked breakfasts are available by prior arrangement. Evening meals can be booked at any of the first class restaurants in Gisborne.
Children
Children over 12 are welcome at Absolute Wainui.
Smoking
A no smoking policy exists. Should a guest wish to smoke, they may do so on the decks or in the garden.
Pets
Absolute Wainui is not suitable for pets.
Arrival and Departure
Arrivals are requested to be no earlier than 3pm and departures no later than 10.30am
Deposits
To secure a booking we require 50% of the total amount paid directly into our bank account or sent to us by cheque.
Cancellation policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and if we are
able to get another booking we are happy to refund the deposit in full.
However, if the cancellation is within less than 30 days and we are unable
to secure another booking, then the deposit will be forfeited.
